梁教授於2018年至2021年擔任成大醫學資訊研究所所長，2020年至2022年擔任國家科學技術委員會人工智慧生技醫療創新研究中心主任，並於2022 年擔任日本北海道大學電子科學研究所約聘教授。他曾榮獲2013 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) Distinguished technical paper award 、2009年工研院高引用專利獎、2020年國家新創獎、2020年日本Network Joint Research Center and Dynamic Alliance 頒發的Materials and Devices Joint Research Award等榮譽，並發表超過百篇學術論文。除了學術著作，梁教授擁有16項國內外專利，部分研發成果已技轉量產或授權醫療場域應用。

梁教授於2020年至2022年期間擔任IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement 副主編，目前擔任IEEE/CAS-EMB Biomedical Circuits and Systems Conference (BioCAS) 以及IEEE Consumer Systems for Healthcare and Wellbeing (CSH)之技術程序委員會（TPC）委員。他的研究興趣包括生醫儀器和測量、神經工程、醫學資訊、運動科技等領域。
